Anyone can become a member! As a member you can participate in the meetings held by the association (via Skype or in person) and you will receive a copy of our e-newsletter detailing our work in Guasa. As a member you are entitled to access any of the organisation’s documents such as information on the accounts and minutes from meetings.
The minimum membership fee is €21 (about £15, 200 SEK, $23) per year, or €2 a month. This is a bronze membership. However, we would of course welcome any additional donation which you can make when you become a member. You can also become a silver member (€5/€55) a gold member (€10/€110) or a platinum member (€20/€220).
You can be a member for as many or as few years as you want. You can donate the membership fee directly by clicking the Paypal donate button above. If you would prefer to make a bank transfer, you can fill in the contact form here and we will email you the required information. Upon request we can issue a receipt or invoice for any transaction for tax purposes.
Anything you donate, however little, will give us the opportunity to continue the fight against poverty in Guasa and the surrounding communities. Anyone who makes a donation equal to or greater than the membership fee of 21€ will automatically become a member (unless you don’t want to, of course). You don’t need to have a PayPal account to donate – just click on the part below where it says “Don’t have a PayPal account?”
Click on donate to make a one-off donation in your preferred currency.
If you have a company which is interested in helping Guasa, one of the ways you could do this is by sponsoring us. In return we will add your company logo to our newsletter and link to you from our website and Facebook group. We would welcome any kind of sponsorship from financial help to donations of resources such as school materials or books.

A special thanks to Kindmankind, Para Onde, Idealist and Volunteer South America who have all posted listings for Supporting Guasa on their sites. We recognize how important sites like these are for volunteers looking for low cost volunteering opportunities and for organisations like ours in need of hard-working volunteers to make our projects work.
